CBRE has successfully facilitated the sale of The Barrington, a 282-unit multifamily property located in Woodbury. Nuveen Global Investments LLC acquired the property from Tilden Fundamental Barrington Apartments, LLC for an undisclosed sum.
The seller was represented by CBRE’s team of experts including Keith Collins, Abe Appert, Ted Abramson and Danny Baker. According to Collins, “The Barrington garnered significant interest from potential buyers due to its prime location in Woodbury, high demand in the submarket and potential for future value enhancement.”
