**CBRE Arranges $10.1M Sale of Multifamily Properties in Wisconsin**

CBRE has facilitated the sale of two multifamily properties in Wisconsin — Riverwood Apartments in Mauston and Biscayne Apartments in Racine — totaling 112 units. An Iowa-based multifamily investor and developer acquired the properties from another Iowa-based multifamily investor in a transaction valued at $10.1 million.

The CBRE team representing the seller included Max Colby, Sean Beuche, Matson Holbrook, Patrick Gallagher, and Gretchen Richards.

“We are pleased to help connect the seller with a uniquely qualified buyer who recognized the value of acquiring these assets,” said Colby. “Their substantial experience in developing and owning multifamily properties in comparable markets across Wisconsin made them an ideal candidate.”

Riverwood Apartments, located at 510–516 McEvoy Street, was built in 1994 and features 32 units with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Biscayne Apartments, located at 5010 Biscayne Avenue, was constructed in 1960 and includes 80 units, also offering a variety of floor plans. The property is situated near retail and event venues, providing residents with convenient access to local amenities.
