**CBRE Arranges Sale of 21-Story Building in Downtown Cleveland**
CBRE has facilitated the sale of 1100 Superior Avenue, a prominent Class A office building in downtown Cleveland. The 21-story, 576,500-square-foot property was acquired by Brady Sullivan Properties from LNR Partners for an undisclosed amount.
CBRE’s brokerage team representing the seller included Steve Timmel, CCIM, Will Roberts, Jamie Dunford, Warren Blazy III, and Eric Smith. Commenting on the transaction, Timmel noted the changing landscape of downtown Cleveland, stating, “Cleveland’s central business district continues to evolve as a national model for adaptive reuse, with thousands of residential and hotel units transforming the downtown landscape. This conversion trend, which now includes 1100 Superior Avenue, is reshaping the office market by removing less efficient assets and creating a more vibrant and functional urban core.”
Located at 1100 Superior Avenue in the heart of Cleveland’s central business district, the building offers convenient access to major highways including State Route 2 East and West, Interstate 90, and Interstate 77. Originally built in 1972, the property underwent renovations in 2006 and 2013 to modernize and enhance its infrastructure.
