CBRE Facilitates Record-Breaking Sale of 2,000-Unit Multifamily Community in Indiana

CBRE has successfully arranged the sale of Canterbury Green, a 2,000-unit multifamily community located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The property was acquired by Morgan Properties from sellers Osso and GoldOller.

This transaction marks the largest single-asset multifamily sale ever completed in the state of Indiana. CBRE’s team, including Hannah Ott, George Tikijian, Cam Benz, Claire Hassfurther, Ryan Stockamp, Taylor Ford and Sean Pingel, represented the sellers in the deal.

“We’re proud to have led the largest transaction in Indiana, and one of the largest in the nation, delivering exceptional execution and an outstanding outcome for GoldOller and Osso,” said Hannah Ott, of CBRE. “We’re excited to see how Morgan Properties will elevate and reimagine this iconic asset.”

Canterbury Green is located at 2727 Canterbury Boulevard, adjacent to Purdue University Fort Wayne. Built between 1969 and 1978, the property features a diverse range of unit types, including studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, single-story homes with garages, and multi-level townhomes. The community is conveniently situated near retail amenities and major regional employers.
