CBRE has successfully arranged a long-term lease for Accelevation, a data center infrastructure manufacturing company, at First Flight Commerce Center in Miami Township, Ohio. The six-building industrial development spans over 1.786 million square feet and offers top-of-the-line amenities. Accelevation is set to move into building 1 in Q1 of 2025 and will occupy the entire space.
Representing the landlord Northpoint Development based in Kansas City, CBRE’s Doug Whitten led the negotiations for this lease while Bill Buntyn and Todd Cochran from Colliers represented Accelevation as their tenant.
According to Whitten, “First Flight Commerce Center is an exceptional development by Northpoint Development that offers all modern amenities.” With buildings ranging from 30,000 square feet to over half a million square feet available for prospective tenants.
Located near interstates 75 and 675 with convenient access to Dayton International Airport within just thirty minutes drive time; building one will feature impressive specifications such as a clear height of up to thirty-six feet high ceilings along with fifty-by-fifty-two-foot column spacing. Additionally offering eight dock-high doors plus four drive-in doors along with ample parking spaces including two hundred sixty-seven regular parking spots plus sixty-six trailer parking spaces – making it an ideal location for businesses looking for state-of-the-art facilities without compromising on convenience or accessibility.
