One notable transaction was the sublease of 10,000 square feet at 435 Oehler Place in Carlstadt by Rymar Flooring. The tenant was represented by Alex Rosenberg from Team Resources and secured the remaining term of their original lease through this deal.
Additionally, Focus Martial Arts signed a direct lease for 4,268 square feet at 700 Union Avenue in Middlesex with CBRE representing the owner Main Land Middlesex. Another successful transaction involved Wonder leasing out a space measuring at approximately 3,700 square feet within Waterfront Corporate Center III located in Hoboken. SJP Properties acted as owner representatives while Jon Paul Pirraglia from Ripco represented Wonder.
Lastly,Rumble Boxing Gym leased out an impressive area spanning over2 ,900-square-feet within Windsor Green Shopping Center situatedin Princeton.The franchisee behind this deal is Iron Ventures of NJ whichwasrepresentedby Marta Villaof CBREwhile Rick Mainardi handled negotiations on behalf oftheowner.These recent developments reflect CBRE’s expertise and successin arranging lucrative retail leases throughout New Jersey.
