CBRE has successfully arranged a lease renewal for a 48,650-square-foot distribution facility located at 132 Beaver Brook Road in Morris County, New Jersey. The property is owned by Northbridge Partners and the tenant, Richelieu American LTD, specializes in wholesale distribution of hardware and supplies for homes and offices. CBRE’s team of Kevin Dudley, Chad Hillyer, Nicholas Klacik, and Kate Granahan represented Northbridge Partners during the negotiations.
According to Dudley: “The location at 132 Beaver Brook Road is perfectly suited for Richelieu’s operations as it allows them to efficiently serve the entire tri-state region. This long-term lease renewal demonstrates their commitment to this area while also showcasing the strong market conditions.”
