PRP, a real estate investment management company based in Washington, D.C., has committed to leasing 10,890 square feet of office space at The Millennium Building. This building is located at 1909 K Street NW and will serve as PRP’s new headquarters on the fifth floor.
The leasing campaign for The Millennium Building was led by CBRE’s team consisting of Randy Harrell, Lara Nealon, Joe Coleman, Kevin Howard and Brittany Gosnell. They represented The Tower Companies during negotiations while Robert Schwartz from Cushman & Wakefield represented PRP.
