CBRE Expands Services with Direct Line Global as Data Center Provider

CBRE Acquires Direct Line Global, a technology infrastructure services provider based in Fremont. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. With over 1,000 skilled technicians and operations in the U.S. and Asia Pacific markets, Direct Line is a leader in delivering data center solutions utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence.

Founded in 1997, Direct Line has experienced significant growth within the competitive data center market thanks to its diverse range of services including design and planning, installation and maintenance, as well as technology upgrades.

Direct Line’s CEO Bill Nelligan credits their success to their partnership with Guardian Capital Partners who helped drive business evolution. Under CBRE’s ownership now however they look forward to continued growth without any mention of Connect or its related entities.

COO Vikram Kohli at CBRE expressed excitement about this acquisition stating that it aligns perfectly with their strategy for expanding capabilities within asset classes benefiting from global economic digitization trends – making them stand out amongst competitors by providing top-notch technical expertise through companies like Direct Line Global.
