CBRE strengthens its presence in Southern California by welcoming a new multifamily investment sales team led by Rachel Parsons and Derrek Ostrzyzek, who bring over 20 years of experience to the firm. The team’s focus will be on selling institutional apartment communities and raising equity for multifamily developments throughout the region. With a combined total of nearly $7 billion in transactions since 2018, this dynamic duo has proven their expertise in the market.
Parsons and Ostrzyzek join CBRE as Executive Vice Presidents, bringing with them extensive knowledge of Southern Californian markets. Parsons previously worked at Moran & Company before spending 17 years at CBRE, while Ostrzyzek has over 18 years’ experience working for both Moran & Company and Invesco Real Estate.
