CBRE has strengthened its valuation capabilities in the United States by welcoming three experienced appraisal professionals from Alaska to their team. The new additions, including senior vice president Greg Wing and senior appraisers Shane Smith and Mike Gibson, bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to CBRE’s Anchorage-based team. With over 30 years of industry experience, Mr. Wing is a highly respected figure in the commercial appraisal field having founded two successful firms prior to joining CBRE.
The newly expanded team has an impressive track record of completing more than 2,000 commercial appraisals across Alaska for various property types such as multifamily units, office spaces, retail properties, industrial facilities and undeveloped land. Formerly with North Pacific Advisors – a firm established by Mr.Wing in 2011 – this top-performing group will now be part of CBRE’s renowned Valuation & Advisory Services division based out of Seattle.
