CBRE has announced the promotion of Mike Roden to Vice Chair, the highest rank for Advisory & Transaction professionals at the company. Since joining CBRE in 2004, Roden has played a crucial role in driving success for CBRE’s Baltimore industrial practice.
According to Kyle Schoppmann, President of CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic region, Roden is highly regarded by both clients and colleagues for his expertise, collaborative problem-solving approach and extensive knowledge of the market. The team is proud to have him on board and congratulates him on this well-deserved promotion.
Roden has consistently been a top performer at CBRE and was ranked among the top 10% of all producers in 2023. He plays an integral part in Baltimore’s industrial team with a focus on leasing office spaces as well as warehouse facilities within the Baltimore/Washington market. During his time with CBRE, he has successfully completed transactions totaling over 82 million square feet valued at nearly $5 billion.
