CBRE has recently announced the promotion of Maximiliane (Maxi) Leachman to the position of Vice Chair. Leachman is a key member of CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Group, where she specializes in securing financing for various types of properties including apartments, offices, retail spaces, and development projects.
According to Kyle Schoppmann, president of CBRE Mid-Atlantic, Maxi has proven herself as an invaluable asset to their team since joining the company. Her dedication to clients and commitment to excellence have been evident in her work every day. This well-deserved promotion is a testament to her hard work and contributions.
During her time at CBRE which began in 2014 as an underwriting analyst, Maxi has risen through the ranks with six promotions over six years. Along with her colleagues on the Debt & Structured Finance team at CBRE Mid-Atlantic , they have successfully closed $20 billion worth of transactions during this period.
