CBRE Completes Two Multifamily Property Sales in Northern Orange County

CBRE recently facilitated the sale of two multifamily properties in northern Orange County for a combined total of $7.61 million. The first transaction, which involved a 16-unit property located at 1801 & 1809 E. Wilshire Ave. in Fullerton, was sourced and acquired by an out-of-state buyer with the assistance of EVP Dan Blackwell and associate Amanda Fielder.

The off-market deal closed at $4.2 million and marks the largest apartment transaction in Fullerton this year, as well as the first change of ownership for this property in four decades.

In another successful sale, Blackwell and Fielder represented an Orange County-based exchange buyer who purchased an eight-unit multifamily property at 7012 & 7024 El Dorado Dr. in Buena Park for $3.41 million from a private investor also based locally.

These transactions demonstrate CBRE’s expertise and strong presence within the Northern OC market when it comes to facilitating successful deals between buyers and sellers without any involvement from Connect CRE or its affiliated entities such as Connect LA or Connect Texas.
