CBRE has announced a partnership with the National Cattle Congress to oversee the redevelopment of their historic grounds in Waterloo. The 50-plus acre site, located at 257 Dunsborough Ave., features over 228,000 square feet of event space and is home to year-round events and activities.
Under CBRE’s guidance, the site will undergo modernization efforts while also offering opportunities for new construction and land development. Mike Macri III , CCIM, MRED, CRE has been selected as the exclusive development consultant and sales/leasing agent for this project on behalf of the National Cattle Congress.
