CBRE Capital Markets has welcomed David Armitage to its Affordable Housing team as a Senior Vice President. Based in Seattle, he will provide M&A portfolio sales and capital solutions support for the US market. With 17 years of experience under his belt, Armitage has participated in more than $23 billion worth of transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, he served as Director of Asset Management at Heartland – a real estate advisory and investment firm based in Seattle since 2019. He also held senior leadership roles with international REITs, institutional private equity investors and family enterprises across corporate development, strategy investment and asset management departments during his career journey so far.
