CBRE Capital Markets Arranges Sale of Last-Mile Industrial Portfolio in Orlando, FL

CBRE Capital Markets arranged the sale of a three-building industrial portfolio totaling 241,124 square feet in Orlando, FL. GID Industrial purchased the property from a Boston-based institutional investor with José Lobón, Trey Barry, Frank Fallon, Royce Rose and Alain Bonvecchio of CBRE representing the seller. David Murphy and Monica Wonus with CBRE Industrial & Logistics provided additional assistance.

At time of sale, all buildings were fully occupied due to high tenant demand and rapid rent growth in Southeast Orange County submarket which provides distribution users excellent transportation linkages to South Florida via Florida Turnpike; Tampa and Jacksonville via Interstate 4; as well as east coast of Florida using Beachline Expressway (SR 528). Vice Chairman Lobón commented that “the buyer will be able to capitalize on this opportunity”.
