Pattillo Industrial Real Estate has appointed CBRE as the leasing agent for Imeson Building III, a 298,000-square-foot industrial building located at 5800 Imeson Road in Jacksonville, FL. The cross-dock facility is situated within Westside Industrial Park and offers close proximity to the CSX Intermodal Yard and UPS Florida Sort Center.
The property boasts 36 feet of clearance height with 65 loading dock doors plus two drive-in ramp doors along with ESFR sprinklers. It also features 148 parking spaces and trailer storage area; it will be ready for occupancy on October 1st this year.
