The property, owned by Signature Acquisitions and spanning over 8,158 square feet, is situated near the Riverwalk Village Center. Leading the leasing campaign and representing ownership in all negotiations was CBRE’s Marta Villa. As a result of these efforts, the property is now fully leased.
The new tenants at this prime location include Playa Bowls which has already opened its doors to customers; Aesthetic Center – a cosmetics clinic; and Yella’s – a burger and sandwich restaurant that are planning grand openings for summer 2024.
