CBRE arranged the sale of 10085 Carroll Canyon Rd., a 22,532-square-foot office building in San Diego’s Scripps Ranch submarket, to the Barron Team and CAPRO Network Financials for $6.42 million. The buyer intends to occupy the building for their own use. Matt Pourcho, Anthony DeLorenzo, Nick Williams and Matt Harris of CBRE’s Investment Properties represented the seller Rosner Law & Mansfield in this transaction.
Pourcho commented that “the owner-user market remains extremely healthy in San Diego despite rising interest rates.” He added that “we had several interested buyers” and this is “the second owner-user sale we facilitated in Scripps Ranch within the past four months.”
Built back 1984, currently 50% leased with 11339 square feet on its second floor fully occupied by short term tenants while its bottom floor available for occupancy by new owners upon completion of purchase process .
