Blink Health has expanded its office presence at Robinson Ridge, growing its leased footprint within Penn Center West’s Building 5 in Pittsburgh. CBRE arranged a 37,816-square-foot lease expansion for the company at the five-story, 148,000-square-foot office building, which is part of the Robinson Ridge campus in the Parkway West submarket.
Following the transaction, Blink Health’s total leased space in the property increases from 53,076 square feet to 90,892 square feet. The expanded footprint is intended to support the company’s continued growth in the region and will accommodate more than 150 additional jobs. With this expansion, Blink Health’s total workforce in Pittsburgh will exceed 500 employees.
CBRE’s Occupier Solutions Group advised Blink Health in the lease negotiations. The tenant representation team consisted of Carmine DiLucente, Michael Stuart and Danielle Lafe. On the ownership side, CBRE’s Adam Viccaro, Dominika Demantova and Charlie Must represented The Soffer Organization, which owns the property.
The building is located at 5 Penn Center Blvd. and sits within the Parkway West submarket, a corridor that offers access to both downtown Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh International Airport. Robinson Ridge is described as an amenity-rich, four-building office campus within Penn Center West, positioning Blink Health within a larger multi-building environment rather than a standalone asset.
Campus-wide features at Robinson Ridge include a conference center designed to support meetings and larger gatherings, as well as a tenant lounge provided as a shared amenity for office users. On-site property management is also available, offering day-to-day operational support and direct contact for tenants occupying the campus.
The office campus benefits from direct access to Interstate 376, which connects the property to key regional destinations. Proximity to nearby retail and dining options adds to the campus offering, providing employees and visitors with access to services and amenities within a short drive. The combination of transportation connectivity, campus amenities and the expanded office footprint underscores Blink Health’s continued commitment to maintaining and growing its presence in the Pittsburgh market.
