CBRE has announced a new 23,725-square-foot lease at Woodfield Preserve Office Center on behalf of Zeller to Primient. Located in Schaumburg, Illinois, the 29-acre campus style office complex consists of two 325,000 square foot six story buildings located at 20 N. Martingale Road. CBRE represented Zeller in the transaction and marketing/leasing process with Executive Vice President William Elwood leading the team alongside Senior Vice President Rob Graham and Vice President Adam Lawler. Paul Diederich from CBRE also represented Primient for this lease agreement.
