CBRE has appointed John Moake to lead its San Antonio Office. With 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, four of which have been with CBRE, Moake has contributed to 230 transactions worth a total consideration of $160 million.
John joined CBRE in 2019 through an acquisition by REATA Real Estate. As Partner at REATA, he managed a retail leasing portfolio comprising over one million square feet and successfully executed Tenant Representation business while overseeing and managing the firm’s broker associate training program.
Before joining REATA, John served as Vice President at Birnbaum Property Company – a San Antonio-based retail development company – where he spearheaded efforts for their in-house leasing program and helped build up their tenant representation business significantly.
