CBRE has appointed Andrew Coleman as managing director and market leader for its Cleveland and Akron business. He will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving growth strategies across all Advisory Services lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, project management and property management.
Coleman brings two decades of commercial real estate advisory services experience to the role after rejoining CBRE in 2018 following an 11-year tenure at JLL where he served as Executive Vice President (EVP). At CBRE he most recently held the position of First Vice President (FVP) in Cleveland where he was a leader in office sector leasing efforts.
