**CBRE Named Exclusive Leasing Agent for Columbus Works Commerce Center**
CBRE has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Columbus Works Commerce Center, a 368,077-square-foot, two-building, Class A speculative industrial development located in Columbus, Ohio.
The project is being developed by Trident Capital Group, which recently broke ground on the first phase—Building C—spanning 191,077 square feet. The building is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025. CBRE’s leasing team, consisting of Nick Tomasone, Jeff Lyons, Kilar Mariotti, and Shane Ellis, will handle the marketing and leasing efforts on behalf of the ownership.
“Building a modern Class A spec industrial building on the east side of Columbus not only revitalizes a vacant piece of land, but also supports job growth in the region,” said Nick Tomasone.
Columbus Works Commerce Center is located at 109 Corrina Drive, offering convenient access to U.S. Route 40 and Interstate 270, and is just minutes from John Glenn International Airport.
