### CBRE Named Exclusive Retail Leasing Agent for Tysons Corner Center

CBRE has been designated as the exclusive retail leasing agent for Tysons Corner Center, a 1.8 million-square-foot retail destination in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Located at 1961 Chain Bridge Road in Tysons, Virginia, just minutes from downtown D.C., the shopping center is home to a variety of national and international brands. The CBRE leasing team, led by Michael Zacharia and Reilly Hudson, will oversee the leasing campaign on behalf of the owners, Macerich.

Tysons Corner Center boasts anchor department stores Macy’s, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdale’s, along with prominent retailers such as Apple, Lululemon, Zara, Rolex, Victoria’s Secret, Urban Outfitters, Vuori, Sephora, Mango, Free People, H&M, and Abercrombie.

“We are thrilled to be working with Macerich on the best retail asset in the DC MSA, and we are expecting to capitalize on the incredible demand from national tenants looking to establish a presence in the region,” said Hudson.
