Cawley Commercial Real Estate has successfully completed the sale of a 1.9-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property located at 9329 Bernice Avenue in Schiller Park, Illinois. The site includes a 3,634-square-foot building.
The transaction was facilitated by Cawley Commercial Real Estate team members Andrew Maletich, SIOR, Principal; Allison Malzone, Senior Associate; and Matt Garland, Senior Vice President, who represented the private seller. Tatiana Bermudez and Mike Sedjo of CBRE represented the private buyer.
