According to Zach Pruitt, CEO of Cawley CRE, the decision to relocate was based on the aesthetic appeal and strategic location of Two Mid America Plaza. He also mentioned that this Class A asset aligns with their brand image and future expansion plans. In addition to Pruitt, Cawley CRE’s team includes principals Anthony Marino, Joshua Hearne, Andrew Maletich Rawly Lantz Frank Melchert ,and David Conroy.
With nearly 10 million square feet under management this year alone , including a diverse portfolio of over 100 assets with more than 365 tenants , Cawley’s property management team continues its impressive growth trajectory . This summer marked the firm’s milestone anniversary of 25 years since its inception while their brokerage division completed over $500 million worth of transactions across more than300 deals .
