Caudalie Inc., a renowned French skincare company, has selected 381 Park Avenue South in Midtown South as its new U.S. headquarters. The lease for the 14,000-square-foot space spans ten years and four months and marks Caudalie’s move from their previous location at 70 West 36th Street.
The tenant was represented by Jonathan Moss of M&M Retail Luxury Consulting Inc., while building ownership ATCO Properties & Management was represented by Robert Tunis, Kyle Berlinsky, and Joseph Mangiacotti of Colliers International NY LLC. The asking rent for the space was $69 per square foot.
Other notable tenants in the building include FGS Design LLC, Two Sticks Inc., EVOS, ListenFirst Media, and the Stephen B. Jacobs Group. Sarabeth’s Kitchen – a popular bakery and restaurant – is also located on the ground floor of 381 Park Avenue South.
This relocation to such a prime location further solidifies Caudalie’s presence in the U.S market as they continue to expand their brand globally.
