"Catalyst Secures $5M Investment for New Jersey Site"

Catalyst Development Partners has successfully obtained $4.9 million in financing for the acquisition and predevelopment of 135 Whitman Avenue, a 6.7-acre property located in Edison, New Jersey. The loan was provided by Streamline Realty Funding.

The site is zoned for light industrial use and can accommodate an 82,500-square-foot industrial facility or ancillary parking/storage options.

Represented by John Alascio, Chuck Kohaut, TJ Sullivan and Jason Blankfein of Cushman & Wakefield, the borrower secured this transaction with expertise and efficiency.

This recent achievement marks another milestone for Catalyst as they continue to make significant strides in their development projects across various locations nationwide.
