Catalyst Development Partners has successfully obtained $4.9 million in financing for the acquisition and predevelopment of 135 Whitman Avenue, a 6.7-acre property located in Edison, New Jersey. The loan was provided by Streamline Realty Funding.

The site is zoned for light industrial use and can accommodate an 82,500-square-foot industrial facility or ancillary uses such as parking or storage.

Represented by John Alascio, Chuck Kohaut, TJ Sullivan and Jason Blankfein of Cushman & Wakefield, the borrower secured this transaction with expertise and professionalism.
