# Casa Cipriani Expanding to Miami Beach
Casa Cipriani is bringing its exclusive private club concept to Miami Beach. Developed by 13th Floor Investments and Midtown Equities, Casa Cipriani Miami will feature a 40-suite luxury hotel, a private members club, and 23 ultra-luxury residences. The oceanfront development will be located at 3611 Collins Avenue.
Designed by architect Brandon Haw, the 17-story tower will include a high-end restaurant and club lounge, a Cipriani Spa, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Since its founding in 2008, 13th Floor Investments has developed nearly 4,000 residential units across South Florida, with more than 4,800 additional units currently in development and under construction, set for delivery in the coming years.
Midtown Equities previously partnered with Cipriani to launch the first Casa Cipriani in the U.S. at the Battery Maritime Building in Lower Manhattan, New York City. The Miami expansion marks another milestone in the brand’s growth and its commitment to luxury hospitality.
