Carr Properties Secures 25,000-SF Lease Renewal in Arlington
Carr Properties has announced that the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) has signed a 12-year lease renewal at 2311 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, Virginia. AHRI, the national trade association representing the HVACR and water heating industry, will continue its occupancy of 25,063 square feet on the building’s fourth floor. The renewal extends their lease through 2038 and brings the building’s occupancy to 98%.
