Carmel Partners Raises Over $1.6 Billion for Eighth Multifamily Fund Investment.  Partners, a San Francisco-based real estate investment firm, has successfully closed its U.S. multifamily value creation fund – Partners Investment Fund 8 – at $1.58 billion, exceeding the target size of $1.5 billion and making it the largest fund to date for the company since 2003 when their Fund series was launched with more than $7 billion raised in total investments from investors such as pension funds, endowments, foundations insurance companies and select high net worth individuals and family offices across U.S., international markets, etc…

The vertically integrated platform focuses on multifamily investments in supply-constrained areas like Northern/Southern California; Boston; Denver; Hawaii; New York City; Seattle & Washington D.C.; including ground-up development projects along with renovations & debt instruments that provide higher returns over time by creating value through capital improvements or repositioning strategies during any market cycle according to Ron Zeff (Founder & CEO of Partners).
