"Carmel Partners Appoints Bryan Crane as Chief Investment Officer"

Bryan Crane has been appointed as the new CIO and managing partner at Carmel Partners, effective Jan. 29. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the real estate team at Carmel’s San Francisco headquarters, including investments, development and construction, asset management, and data science and research.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry working with top firms such as Veritas Investments, Clarion Partners,Rockwood Capital,and JPMorgan,Crane brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position.At Veritas,Crane successfully launched their Southern California expansion before becoming CIO where he oversaw investment strategies,portfolios,and assets.He also played a key role in expanding Veritas into Seattle.

Founder and CEO Ron Zeff expressed confidence in Crane’s abilities,stating that his expertise as an investorand leader will greatly benefit Carmel’s already experienced team.Zeff looks forward to collaborating with him for many years to come.
