Construction has begun on Evolve, a new 67,714-square-foot campus in Carlsbad. Developed and owned by The Techbilt Companies, this Class A campus is located within the 600-acre master-planned development of Carlsbad Business Park. This project is the first of three developments that The Techbilt Companies plans to bring to the market in Carlsbad over the next two years.
Leading leasing efforts for Evolve will be Conor Boyle and Tyler Stemley from Cushman & Wakefield, along with Colliers’ Cuthbert Industrial Team. The three buildings at Evolve offer spaces ranging from 17,419 square feet to 29,965 square feet that can be leased as a whole or potentially divided.
