Grant Cardone, a prominent real estate investor and promoter, has recently acquired two multifamily properties in the Miami area. The Manor at Flagler Village located in Fort Lauderdale and the Laurels at Jacaranda in Plantation were both purchased from Nuveen according to reports from the S. Florida Business Journal.
The Manor at Flagler Village boasts 382 apartments along with approximately 25,000 square feet of retail space. It will soon be rebranded as 10X at Flagler Village under Cardone’s ownership. Similarly, the Laurel at Jacaranda is situated on a sprawling 31-acre property with a total of 468 apartments. This complex will also undergo rebranding as it becomes known as 10X at Jacaranda.
In addition to these two recent acquisitions, Cardone Capital has another property under contract for over $100 million – The Edge at Flagler Village which consists of an impressive 382 units located on North Federal Highway. This deal is expected to close on September16th and like his other purchases was made through cash transactions.
With an estimated portfolio size of around15,000 apartment units across various states including Florida (over10k), Georgia , Alabama ,and Texas ,Cardone continues to expand his real estate empire . His latest acquisitions are just one example of his ongoing success within this industry.
