**Arizona Cardinals Unveil Plans for $200 Million Football Operations Center in Phoenix**
The Arizona Cardinals have revealed updated plans for a state-of-the-art training and operations facility to be constructed at Paradise Ridge in north Phoenix. The site is located west of Scottsdale Road and north of the Loop 101.
The new development will span more than 250,000 square feet across 30 acres, serving as the team’s central hub for both football and business operations. The facility will be the anchor of a larger 217-acre mixed-use site. The Cardinals are also exploring future uses for the remaining acreage, which could include corporate offices, restaurants, retail establishments, medical facilities, and residential developments.
With an estimated cost of $200 million, the new operations center is slated for completion in 2028. The Cardinals acquired the land in a summer auction for $136 million.
Key features of the facility will include:
– Three outdoor natural grass practice fields
– A fieldhouse with a full-size indoor turf field
– Modernized locker rooms
– A state-of-the-art weight room
– Sports medicine and athletic training facilities
– Team meeting rooms
– A dedicated player lounge
This new complex is expected to significantly enhance the team’s day-to-day operations and training capabilities, positioning the Arizona Cardinals for long-term success both on and off the field.
