**Arizona Cardinals Announce Plans for New $200 Million Training Facility**

The Arizona Cardinals have unveiled updated plans for their state-of-the-art training and operations center, set to be constructed at Paradise Ridge in north Phoenix. The new location is situated just west of Scottsdale Road and north of the Loop 101, strategically placed to anchor a broader 217-acre mixed-use development.

Occupying 30 acres of the site, the Cardinals’ facility will encompass more than 250,000 square feet and will house both football and business operations. The remaining land will be developed for a variety of potential uses, including corporate headquarters, retail outlets, restaurants, medical facilities, and residential spaces — creating a vibrant, multi-functional complex.

The project is expected to cost $200 million and is slated for completion in 2028. The Cardinals secured the property in a summer auction for $136 million.

Key features of the facility will include three outdoor grass practice fields, a fieldhouse with a full-size indoor turf field, a modernized locker room, a state-of-the-art weight room, sports medicine and athletic training areas, team meeting rooms, and a player lounge. Designed for functionality and innovation, the new center aims to support both athletic performance and organizational excellence for years to come.
