**Carbon Companies Breaks Ground on Final Phases of The Links on PGA Parkway in Frisco**
Carbon Companies has officially broken ground on the final two phases of The Links on PGA Parkway, marking a major milestone in the development of a high-end multifamily community located in the heart of Frisco’s Urban Village. The latest phases of the project come on the heels of securing approximately $125 million in financing in April, arranged by the Carbon Companies team. Full completion is anticipated by 2027.
Situated at 15950 Paramount Way, near PGA Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway, the development will add 620 podium-style luxury residences and 815 underground parking spaces, alongside extensive wellness and amenity offerings. Once complete, the 38-acre community will feature a total of 1,310 residential units.
The first two phases of The Links on PGA Parkway opened in December 2021 and October 2023, delivering 690 apartment units. These early stages also introduced significant amenities including two resort-style pools, two clubhouses, a fitness center, a grab-and-go market, a high-tech golf simulator, and complimentary yoga and golf lessons from local professionals. In addition, the project features a two-acre public city park, enhancing the community experience for residents and the surrounding neighborhood.
Construction on the remaining phases is expected to progress over the next several years, with completion planned for 2027.
