**CapRock Adds Four New Tenants at Palomino Ranch Business Park in Norco**
CapRock Partners has secured four new leases at Palomino Ranch Business Park, a Class A industrial development located in Norco, California. The leases mark continued momentum for the project, with the newly occupied buildings—Buildings 8, 15, 17, and 18—having been completed in 2023 as part of the park’s Phase 1 development. Upon full buildout, Palomino Ranch Business Park is set to become the largest industrial development in Norco’s history.
Details of the new leases are as follows:
– **Building 8** (72,245 square feet): Leased to a wholesale warehousing and reverse logistics company. John Seoane of Lee & Associates – Ontario represented the tenant.
– **Building 15** (64,631 square feet): Leased to a warehousing and distribution company specializing in popular consumer collectibles. Sean Sullivan and Christian Emerson of Voit Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
– **Building 17** (68,266 square feet): Leased to a publicly traded international third-party logistics provider. Angel Zhou of Harvest Realty Development Inc. represented the tenant.
– **Building 18** (57,073 square feet): Leased to a producer and distributor of consumer-grade solar products. Connor Panting and James Panting of Commercial Realty Advisors Inc. represented the tenant.
