CapRock Partners has recently acquired 85 acres of undeveloped land in North Las Vegas for the future development of CapRock Highlander Logistics Center, a state-of-the-art Class A logistics complex. The project will consist of two separate warehouse buildings with a combined total space of approximately 1.48 million square feet.
During an extended escrow period, CapRock successfully obtained entitlements for the site and then proceeded to acquire it from a private seller through off-market negotiations. Details regarding the terms of this transaction have not been disclosed at this time. Construction is slated to commence in 2024 and completion is expected by 2025.
The strategically located site for CapRock Highlander Logistics Center lies west of Interstate-15 and boasts direct access via Las Vegas Blvd N (Hwy91) on/off ramp.
