CapRock Acquires Single-Tenant Industrial Property in San Gabriel Valley

CapRock Partners acquired 300 E. Arrow Hwy., a 165,070-square-foot single-tenant industrial building in San Dimas, on an all-cash basis from an undisclosed investor. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

300 E. Arrow Hwy is fully leased to long term tenant Western Pacific Storage Solutions who have been occupying the space since 2001 for their manufacturing operations; they specialize in engineering and manufacturing industrial storage solutions, shelving systems as well as material handling equipment.

The transaction was facilitated by CBRE’s National Partners team led by Barbara Perrier, Darla Longo & Rebecca Perlmutter .
