CapRock Partners recently acquired Olive Tree Industrial, a 3.1-acre value-add industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property located at 8226 Whittier Blvd. in Pico Rivera. The IOS asset includes approximately 31,000 square feet of warehouse space and a large, secured storage yard that was purchased from a private owner; terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Taylor Arnett, first VP of acquisitions at CapRock stated “We look forward to unlocking the property’s full potential and creating an efficient space that meets the evolving needs of industrial businesses in Los Angeles by catering to both traditional industrial users as well as those requiring outside storage.” Capital improvements will be implemented immediately with an aim to repositioning it for enhanced functionality and marketability.
