CapRock Acquires 19th Arizona Project

CapRock Partners has recently acquired Longbow Industrial Park, a state-of-the-art industrial complex in Mesa, Arizona. This acquisition marks CapRock’s 19th investment in the state.

The two-building Class A complex spans over 244,286 square feet and sits on a spacious 14.5-acre property. It was purchased from Sun State Builders for $32 million and boasts impressive features such as a clear height of 30 feet and speculative office space totaling at least 2,400 square feet per building.

Conveniently located at the intersection of McDowell Road and Circle Drive South, just south of Loop202 freeway,the distribution and manufacturing facility is strategically positioned to serve various industries within the region. Notably,the Boeing Company’s AH-64 Apache helicopter production facility is situated only one block away from Longbow Industrial Park.

Leading commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates represented CapRock Partners during this transaction with Stein Koss,Tom Louer,Marc Pierce,and Fenton Kelly spearheading both leasing activities for this project.The team brings their expertise to ensure successful execution of this venture without mentioning any specific company names or locations.
