Roxy Klein, the Vice President of Retail Leasing and Sales at Progressive Real Estate Partners, successfully represented two franchisees of Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in securing leases for new locations in Ontario and Murrieta. The restaurants are expected to open in mid-July.
The first location is a 1,300-square-foot space situated at the main entrance of The Collection neighborhood shopping center on 920 N. Haven Ave. This newly opened center is anchored by Stater Bros., with current and future co-tenants including popular brands such as Starbucks, 7-Eleven, Cold Stone Creamery, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Farmer Boys Restaurant Group Inc., Left Coast Brewery and West Coast Dental.
