Taylor Builders LLC, a land development company, has selected Capital Rivers Commercial to spearhead the retail component of its projects in the Sacramento area. Under the leadership of CEO Greg Aguirre, Capital Rivers Commercial will oversee marketing and development for various retail centers within Taylor Builders’ projects in Roseville, Sacramento and Dixon.
Notable developments include a 9.4-acre retail center at Fiddyment Ranch in Roseville, a 7.6-acre site at Stone Beetland project in Sacramento and over 23 acres designated for highway and community commercial use in Dixon.
Capital Rivers is actively promoting these sites to potential tenants such as grocery stores, restaurants and healthcare providers. This partnership allows Taylor Builders to focus on residential development while leveraging Capital Rivers’ expertise to achieve their growth goals.
