**Capital Commercial Investments Acquires Second Energy Corridor Office Building**

Capital Commercial Investments has acquired Energy Crossing I, a 240,166-square-foot office building located in Houston’s Energy Corridor. This acquisition follows the company’s purchase last year of the adjacent Energy Crossing II, located at 15011 Katy Freeway.

Energy Crossing I, situated at 15021 Katy Freeway, was completed in 2010 and features 1,800 square feet of ground-floor retail space, a fitness center, an on-site café, and more than 1,070 parking spaces. Its neighboring property, Energy Crossing II, is a 327,404-square-foot office building that was completed in 2014.

Both properties were previously acquired by Invesco from Lincoln in a 2014 portfolio transaction valued at $169.9 million.

JLL Capital Markets facilitated the most recent transaction, with its Investment Sales and Advisory team led by Kevin McConn and Rick Goings.

Capital Commercial Investments reports that it has achieved average annual returns of 26% on completed deals where the firm had full discretion over major decisions. With more than 220 successful investments to date, the company continues to deepen its presence in the Houston market.
