Cannabis Facility Construction Finishes Two Chicago Dispensaries in the Area

Cannabis Facility Construction (CFC), a leading cannabis design-build construction firm, has successfully completed two Bud & Rita dispensaries in the Chicago area. The family-owned and operated Illinois cannabis farm, Nature’s Grace and Wellness, took an innovative approach by partnering with local businesses for both locations.

The company joined forces with Illinois Cannabis Company in Niles at 5960 West Touhy and Green & Randle in Avondale at 3425 West Belmont. The Avondale dispensary boasts a spacious 6,000-square-foot facility with half of the space dedicated to hosting community events. Meanwhile, the larger Niles location spans over 7,600 square feet and is conveniently situated next to the Village Crossing Shopping Center.

According to Andy Poticha, Founder & CEO of CFC: “In today’s competitive market for cannabis consumers’ attention and loyalty are key factors that drive success.” He added that customers value not only their retail experience but also partnerships between dispensaries and local farms or retailers. CFC takes pride in being part of these projects where thoughtfully designed dispensaries bring excitement to their neighborhoods while supporting nearby businesses. For this project,CFC collaborated closely with Eastlake Architects who provided exceptional facility designs for both locations.
