Campanelli has secured a $38.2 million construction loan from Cambridge Savings Bank to expand The Park at Beaver Brook in Boxborough, Massachusetts. This development, acquired by Campanelli and TriGate Capital in 2021, currently offers 486,985 square feet of research and development office space. The expansion will include a new food service amenity featuring Craft Food Hall as well as the relocation of TÜV Rheinland and the addition of new tenants like Medtronic. With this financing, Campanelli plans to develop new facilities and improve infrastructure while also adding food services.
The leasing agents for ownership at The Park at Beaver Brook are Newmark’s Tyler McGrail, Torin Taylor Michael Frisoli ,and Margaret Fee who serve exclusively on behalf of ownership for this project.
